Selena Lu becomes President of the YCPA

Selena Lu, a young attorney with the firm, has just been elected President of the YCPA (Young Chinese Professionals Association).

Member of the Bar since 2010, Selena has stood out and carved an enviable place for herself as a young professional. She actively serves on several cultural and business committees, including:

  • the Legislation Committee of the Montreal Association of Insurance Women (MAIW)
  • the Honorary Committee of the OSM Young Ambassadors Club
  • the Board of Directors of the Society of the Chinese Garden of Montréal
  • the LRMM au féminin Committee

As President of the YCPA, her mission will be to promote the visibility of young Chinese and Asian professionals and entrepreneurs within the business community, government and media in Quebec and internationally.

Founded in 1999, the YCPA is non-profit organization whose purpose is to encourage networking among young Chinese and Asians, to contribute to the economic and cultural growth of Quebec and Canada and to work together and reach out to the next generation of emerging professionals. The YCPA plays an active role on the economic scene by promoting investment and trade between Quebec, Canada, China and Asia.
