Our firm will host a conference organized by the AEÉCQ, an organization regrouping quantity surveyors and construction estimators.
The speakers, Sarah Laplante Bazzi and Julien Grenier, will explain to various stakeholders in the world of construction estimation what kind of situations may arise, how to avoid them, and how to react if necessary, especially in cases of judicialization. They will talk about applicable laws and also give real examples from practice and/or jurisprudence.
